Almost every woman who walks through my door feels this way at first. You’re doing something new, feeling a little vulnerable, and probably outside your comfort zone.

That’s exactly why we start with a consultation—so by the time your session comes around, you don’t feel like you’re walking into the unknown.

And I promise, the nerves don’t last long.

I have no idea how to pose. What if I look awkward?

You won’t be left guessing.

I guide you through everything—how to sit, where to place your hands, how to move, even how to breathe through each pose so it feels natural.

Nothing is rushed, and nothing is expected of you.
You don’t need experience. You just need to show up.

Do I need to lose weight or get ready before my session?

Definitely not!

This question comes up a lot, and I’ll be honest with you—you don’t need to change anything about yourself before your session.

The women you see in my work felt the same way you do right now.

This experience is about seeing yourself as you are, not waiting until someday.

Question 4

What should I wear? How many outfits should I bring?

Accepted Answer

You don’t have to figure that out alone.

During your consultation, we’ll go over outfit ideas based on your style and comfort level. Some women bring lingerie, others bring cozy pieces, oversized sweaters, or even something simple and minimal.

There’s no one “right” look—just what feels like you.

If you are wanting to do silhouettes, please bring a well fitted bra and panties that doesn't have any lace or ribbon.

Nudity is an option and always discreet.​​

What if I want (or don't want) nude photos?

This is entirely up to the client. Some clients want nude photos, and others don't.

Please know that either way, it's your choice. We'll always work within your comfort level.  All nudes are done tastefully and respectfully, and we will have full privacy during the boudoir session.  I do not share any images with anyone else, and always get permission before using photos for the website or advertising.

Do you offer hair and makeup services?

YES! We have a wonderful makeup artist who spent many years working with celebrities and news personalities in Los Angeles, California.

Where does the session take place?

All sessions take place in my private Kansas City boudoir studio.

It’s a quiet, comfortable space where you don’t have to worry about anyone else around. Just you, me, and a really supportive environment.

How long will my boudoir photo session last?

Accepted Answer

The duration of your boudoir session depends on the package you choose. We can discuss these options during your consultation.

Sessions typically range anywhere from 90 minutes to a half-day shoot, allowing time for outfit changes.

Can I bring someone with me?

Accepted Answer

You can, but most clients choose to come alone.

This is a really personal experience, and many women feel more relaxed without an audience. That said, if having someone there helps you feel more comfortable, we can absolutely talk about it during your consultation.

How far in advance should I schedule my session?

Accepted Answer

Most clients book a few weeks to a couple of months in advance.

If you’re planning for a gift or specific date, it’s best to reach out sooner so we can make sure everything is ready in time.

What happens after my session?

A few days after your session, you’ll come back to view your images.

This is where you’ll choose your favorites and decide how you’d like to keep them—whether that’s an album, artwork, or something just for you.

It’s one of my favorite parts of the whole experience.

Yes!

I want this experience to feel accessible without pressure, so flexible payment options are available. We can go over those during your consultation.

Your privacy is completely respected.

Nothing is ever shared without your permission. If you choose to allow images to be used, we’ll talk through exactly what you’re comfortable with —but that choice is always yours.
